Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, problem-solving team player with a positive attitude, capable of performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. The role involves direct patient interaction, managing phone systems, scheduling, handling administrative duties, and supporting the office environment.
Availability: 15-32 Hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 2PM - 6PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 2PM - 6PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 2PM - 6PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties:
Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable office atmosphere.
- Call Management:
Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
- Patient Records Management:
Maintain accurate patient information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support:
Provide general clerical assistance, including scanning, faxing documents, and managing office correspondence.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the chiropractor and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
- Scheduling & Inquiry Management:
Utilize computer systems to update patient schedules and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Office Maintenance:
Help with office cleaning once a week, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Newsletter Creation:
Assist in creating and distributing a monthly office newsletter to keep patients informed and engaged.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor office supplies and notify the doctor when new items need to be ordered.
