- Facilitating patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assisting healthcare providers with patient assessments and limited direct patient care.
- Managing pre-exam documentation and ensuring accurate medical record-keeping.
- Coordinating complex appointment schedules in a multi-specialty medical setting.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

- High school diploma required.
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or administrative settings.
- CNA or Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Willingness to complete a Medical Terminology course within six months of employment if lacking medical experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be required in some areas).
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with patients with physical and behavioral health conditions.
- Familiarity with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
