FRONT DESK COORDINATOR:
25-40 HOURS PER WEEK (based on applicant's availability) Our-fast paced physical therapy clinic is looking for a positive, service-oriented individual who can coordinate our daily office operations. General duties include: answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling patient appointments, collecting patient payments, preparing patient rooms, faxing and filing documents, verifying insurance benefits and obtaining prior authorizations when needed, communicating with therapists and business manager, and assisting with light housekeeping and laundry. Applicants must be able to multitask with accuracy.
Medical reception/office manager experience preferred. Training provided.
$14-$18/hour, based on experience and qualifications
