What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at HEALTHY KIDS PROGRAMS?
**About Us:** Healthy Kids Programs is a leading provider of Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs with over 100 locations.
As the Director, you will lead our Before and/or After School Program at Douglas Grafflin Elementary School in Chappaqua, NY. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school rules.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and registration records, as well as ensuring proper staffing levels.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality childcare and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with parents and family members through our Playground App.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An associate's degree in early childhood or related field, with a plan of study leading to a bachelor's degree or a New York State children's program administrator credential;
- Two years of full-time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home, or another early childhood program;
- Two years of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work;
