What You’ll Do (Your Daily Paw-sibilities!)
💇♂️ Canine Makeovers: Transform scruffy pups into showstoppers with expert grooming techniques. From stylish trims to fabulous fur-dos, you’ll ensure every dog leaves looking their best!
🐶 Paw-sitive Pet Care: Greet every furry client by name, assess their grooming needs, and recommend the best services to keep their coat, skin, and nails healthy. Plus, you’ll educate pet parents about additional services like daycare, nutrition, training, and dental cleaning!
👑 Lead & Inspire: Be the go-to expert for our grooming team. You’ll provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality grooms and happy customers. When things get a little ruff, you’ll step in to make things right!
📊 Performance & Quality Checks: Meet with the team bi-weekly to review key performance goals and conduct regular quality checks to keep our grooming standards top-tier.
📋 Safety & Salon Upkeep: Keep our salon spotless, safe, and stress-free for pets and team members. You’ll also ensure that all paperwork is accurate, dogs are monitored throughout their stay, and health concerns are appropriately documented and communicated.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
✔️ Grooming Pro: At least one year of professional grooming experience and the ability to showcase your skills in our assessment test.
✔️ Leadership Skills: Experience guiding a team and providing constructive feedback to ensure top-notch results.
✔️ Canine Communication: You’re fluent in "dog" and people—you know how to handle all temperaments and keep customers informed with friendly, knowledgeable service.
✔️ Detail-Oriented: You take notes like a pro, ensuring every pup gets their perfect cut every visit.
✔️ Physically Fit & Ready to Go: Able to stand all day, lift dogs up to 30 lbs (or more with help), and keep up with a busy schedule!
