Welcome to the Hearing and Speech Center of Florida, an 87 year old non for profit serving individuals with educational and special needs. We are Miami-Dade County’s largest not for profit provider of therapy services. We are full service providers and offer our clients Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Educational and Behavior Therapy. We have a full practice for center based services and have community contracts throughout the county at various locations as we are funded for Outreach in our community. We are currently hiring for a large contract with our local Hospital's Pediatric unit and are seeking a PTA to join our team.
Job Description
We are seeking licensed Physical therapists/assistants to work with our pediatric populations. This position is at one location with flexible schedule is flexible as therapists can start as early as 7am 5 days a week. There is no travel indicated and hours are consistent.
We currently have FULL TIME/ and PART TIME positions for licensed therapists who are already state licensed & credentialed.
HSCF hires salaried full time with benefits OR consultants depending on the positions indicated at time of hire and how many hours you are able to provide.
Qualifications
Physical Therapy/Assistant Degree-Florida State licensure
-National Association Certification
-Bilingual a plus
-Must meet all insurance provider standards and be provider with: Medicaid, CMS, and CAQH
*all our clinicians have the opportunity to work in various programs and sites and are offered rotations if requested. We facilitate all credentialing and specific certifications.
