At Hearing Health Associates, we serve the hearing healthcare needs of the Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA communities, employing a staff of diverse and caring individuals. We offer top-of-the-line technologies when it comes to hearing aids and work closely with our patients to determine the solutions that work best for their hearing and lifestyle needs.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Welcome patients and other visitors warmly
- Recap audiologists’ recommendations so patients know what to expect during the care process
- Enterand update all patient information including intake and insurance forms
- Record charges and fees, process payments, coordinate/explain hearing aid insurance benefits and office policies
- Support front-office and assist with any incoming or outgoing calls when possible, during peak hours
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors and colleagues, etc

- 1 years Office Experience is required. Medical office experience is nice to have but not required.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
