Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough hearing aid testing to gather information needed for hearing aid functionality and correction
- Understanding of insurance eligibility and benefit details that pertain to hearing aid servicing and warranty information
- Maintain accurate records of services using our electronic medical records software
- Educate patients on hearing aid maintenance, provide assistance with hearing aid technology as needed
- Manage and order stock and supply of hearing aid accessories
- Provide support for Audiologists and Hearing Aid Specialist
Experience
- Strong understanding of patient care
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient service while maintaining professionalism in a clinical setting.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting such as office management or a medical assistant is highly desirable.
