Typical Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first friendly face our patients see when they walk through the door!
- Answer phone calls, promptly return voicemails, and triage calls with professionalism and care.
- Schedule patient appointments with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Complete new patient registrations and manage data entry tasks.
- Discuss insurance benefits, authorization requirements, and payment responsibilities with clarity and patience.
- Collect patient balances and copays, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Handle routine clinical administrative duties and assist with special projects as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment by disinfecting high-touch areas and the waiting room.
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or healthcare office settings is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Proficiency in medical office operations and a willingness to learn new skills.

Compensation:
Pay rate is based on experience, with a performance review after the 90-day probationary period.
