An exciting opportunity has just opened with a reputable, family-owned hearing care provider in Dayton, OH. This organization, with a rich history dating back to 1945, is searching for passionate Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to join their team.
This position is ideal for those who are eager to work in a highly service-oriented role where patient care is the priority . You’ll provide hearing aid repairs, fittings, evaluations, and work directly with patients to improve their hearing experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform hearing aid repairs, fittings, and evaluations.
Deliver excellent patient care with a focus on quality service.
Manage 15-18 patients per day.
Work independently and with a support staff of Patient Practice Ambassadors (PPA).
Meet KPIs based on office revenue and performance.
Compensation and Benefits :
Competitive base salary plus incentives / bonuses.

Requirements :
Licensed Audiologist (AUD) or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS).
1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
Ability to work independently in a solo setting.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
