FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT: Experience a MUST at Hearing Resolutions Center. We are looking to expand our existing staff and are looking for a driven, self-motivated, organized, problem solver, with good work ethic, and who can multi-task with ease. Computer experience (word, excel) and good phone etiquette a must. We are looking for the perfect person with great communication skills, who wants a career and to be part of our growing team.
Job Task Include:
Scheduling appts, outbound calling to patients, making and pulling patient charts, making deposits, assisting in lab, insurance verification, assisting specialist and other general office duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
