Job Overview:
The Autos Group is looking for an ambitious, organized, detail-oriented executive assistant to provide support to the Senior Vice President & General Manager of The Autos Group. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
This position will ensure the GM’s office runs smoothly: scheduling appointments; maintaining calendars and keeping the executive updated. Further, this role take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, utilizing your communication skills to interface with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 of experience assisting a high-level media executive.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Coordinate staff events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
- Prepare and review corporate presentations, delivering professional and visually appealing materials with a creative flair.
- Proofread and verify content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Conduct pre-meeting research to support high-level interviews or outside events, providing valuable insights.
- Execute general administrative tasks while also managing various projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Manage special projects, research, analysis, and track progress.
- Maintain responsiveness to emails and phone calls, including occasional communication outside normal business hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the completion of key initiatives, contributing to a cohesive, creative environment.
- Support creative processes, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table, especially related to automotive projects and brand initiatives.
- Develop schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with business goals, budgets, and resources for specific projects.
Qualifications:
- 3 of experience handling administrative duties to support a high-level media executive
- Experience with project or program management is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Can-do attitude, eager to observe, learn, and tackle new projects
- Extraordinarily resourceful, a proactive thinker with the ability to self-direct and work independently
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment when handling classified information
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience communicating with high-level parties
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Instagram, Google Drive, and Zoom
- Superior communication skills and proven ability to collaborate well with others
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
