The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is searching for an Account Coordinator who will walk alongside our Account Executive team, assisting in the management of our client relationships. The Account Management and Client Success Teams are focused on achieving outstanding client satisfaction & reference-ability ratings, user adoption and relationship expansion, and account retention.

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As an Account Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring our customers’ needs are met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Account Management Support: Assist in creating and managing annual account plans focusing on long-term account retention, new business expansion, and strengthening relationships with senior-level account stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including expense management, contract administration, and invoice management.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external meetings, including Executive Business Reviews, sales demos, and product reviews. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare necessary presentation materials and compile metrics for meetings and reviews.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Handle follow-up tasks from calls and meetings to maintain visibility and recognition with customers.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Document and streamline processes for onboarding new Account Executives and Coordinators.
  • Inside Sales Support: Gather initial data and assist in preparing sales presentations.
  • Risk Assessment and Quality Assurance: Assess risks and issues, provide solutions, and ensure quality assurance of account engagements.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) Management: Assist in managing SOWs, system administration work, and non-commission service orders.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with accounting, contracts, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Strategies: Help develop strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Leadership: Chair and facilitate meetings, distribute minutes, and exemplify CARES core values to foster a positive work environment.
  • All Other Duties: Undertake account-related tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.

Education requirements: this career opportunity requires a bachelor's degree and significant work experience.
