The Opportunity
Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Implementation who will help lead a team of trainers / consultants towards success. This leader will aid in our efforts to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and proven outcomes. This person will play a critical role in evolving our Implementation team through the growth and development of our team members, as well as meet the implementation expectations of our clients who purchase the best in class EMR solution, Homecare Homebase.
The Challenge
At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Manager of Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of trainers / consultants through projects for multi-site locations across the United States. You will be responsible for :
- Employee Utilization and Productivity
- Quality Improvement
- Client Satisfaction
- Client Contract and Expense Management
- Employee Performance Management
- Process Improvement
- Attrition Management
