Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of complex data analyses, providing a comprehensive understanding of performance and user engagement across all touchpoints to empower strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute advanced data models and integrations, leveraging first-party and third-party datasets to provide meaningful insights.
- Build and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards to measure KPIs related to identity resolution, consumer engagement, content consumption, and advertising effectiveness.
o Manage and oversee ongoing and ad hoc query development for deeper insights into consumer behavior and business trends across linear, digital, and connected TV (CTV) platforms.
o Conduct detailed audience segmentation and analysis to inform targeting strategies and content optimization efforts across all media channels.
o Develop and implement methodologies to analyze cross-platform audience behaviors and measure effectiveness across linear TV, digital, and CTV ecosystems.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York City, is $135,000 to $145,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York City. For candidates outside New York City, the salary range will be aligned with the specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, certifications, and education.
