• Handle all aspects of hotel reservations from receiving inquiries to confirming room availability and making bookings.
• Engage with guests via phone email and inperson interactions to address reservation inquiries modifications and cancellations.
• Facilitate smooth checkin and checkout experiences for guests addressing any special requests or concerns they may have.
• Process payments manage reservations and issue invoices or receipts as required.
