- Staff Management: Support in hiring, training, and supervising a team of technicians and support staff. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Customer Relations: Serve as a liaison between customers and the body shop, addressing inquiries, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
- Quality Control: Monitor repair work to ensure it meets company standards and manufacturer specifications. Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring necessary parts and materials are available for repairs.
- Financial Management: Help prepare and manage the body shop's operating budget, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years in automotive repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
