Responsibilities
- Assist with the bottling of remaining wines from the 2024 vintage
- Participate in grape receiving, picking, sorting, and processing
- Prioritize juice and wine rackings and transfers
- Conduct yeast and nutrient additions to juice and wine
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation
- Perform punch-downs and pump-overs during fermentation
- Prepare barrels for filling and monitor fermentation progress
- Ensure accurate records of juice analysis (Brix, pH, TA)
