Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Heart Matters Home Health Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Monitor patient conditions by observing and reporting changes in health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure a comfortable living space.
- Assist with medication reminders and other non-medical tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
