Our Living Center is 16 Beds Working closely with the Acute / ER Director of Nursing and HAMC's Cheif Nursing Officer Organizes and administers the nursing department serving the Living Center.
The Manager is an active member of the administrative team and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality care in the Living Center, non-skilled Swingbed setting.
Establish the goals and objectives for the nursing department of the Living Center.
Implement administrative policies established by the governing authority.
Preparation and administration of the budget for the Living Center nursing service department.
