Job Title: Caregiver
*WEEKLY PAY*
10-14 hours split shifts on Monday and Wednesday

Heart of Grace is a women owned and operated Home Care Agency currently serving the Myrtle Beach and Little River Areas. Our owner founded this company a few years ago with a dream and passion for helping people continue to live independently, despite what challenges they are facing. Our services cover a range of what the individual client might need like light housekeeping, assistance with mobility, grocery shopping, bathing if needed, and companionship. Our Caregivers provide a variety of services to the client, ensuring that their needs are met. The staff of Heart of Grace is always there to support the Caregivers and Clients to ensure the success of our team. Requirements:
-Must have your OWN reliable vehicle
-Be able to pass a background and drug screening
-Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
-Be reliable, our clients depend on our Caregivers to be punctual, kind, and professional
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- monitor health conditions
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor
Skills:
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and emergency response procedures
- Direct support experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
- Ability to effectively manage behaviors and implement behavior management systems
- Familiarity with resident rights and person-centered care approaches
