Job Summary
This is a part-time opportunity covering Leland, Shallotte, and Brunswick County Beaches. We are seeking an experienced Home Health Aide - CNA to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and coordination of homecare services
- Document patient care and services provided in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency, completion of a Board of Nursing approved training program, and current listing with the division of Facility Services Registry
- At least one year of patient care and record keeping experience in an acute care or custodial setting
- Documented proof of at least 75 certified education hours
- Ability to independently organize work and provide effective health care services to homebound patients
- Able to travel and work in assigned conditions
- Working knowledge of safe personal care practices and company policies and procedures
