Masterfully schedule and coordinate essential trainings including Crisis Management and UKERU, ensuring our team meets all DDD guidelines with confidence and enthusiasm!
Lead specialized training sessions including the PANE Practicum and craft memorable learning experiences that empower our staff!
Create a seamless training experience by handling all communication, materials, and certification documentation with precision and care!
Keep everyone on track with annual training requirements and CPR certifications through proactive scheduling and thoughtful follow-up!
Partner with Department Managers to maintain stellar compliance standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning!
What Makes You Perfect for This Role:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 years of experience in the DDD field
