Must have a passion for and desire to work with Adults with intellectual disabilities and other physical or mental illness.
- Provide for the staffing and processes of the residence, including rescheduling, budgeting, shopping, cleaning etc
- Ensure individuals maintain a clean, safe and healthy home environment
- Responsible for the management, coordination, and provision of all services assigned locations
- Implementation and oversight of all ISP objectives, ADLs and community engagement
- Participating in the intake processes for all referrals of the home
- Conducting and monitoring documentation such as daily progress notes, quarterly reports, annual reports, and Clients' ISPs
- Provide supports, in order to ensure that all ISP objectives, support strategies are goal driven and Person Centered
- Maintain communications between Support Coordinators, Day Support Providers, family members, guardians, and other stakeholders
- Assist in training of all staff
- Execute staff performance evaluations and/or corrective action as needed
- Ensure appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding sources regulatory requirements and the company's policies and procedures
- Coordinate and attend medical and therapeutic appointments
- Ensure coverage of shifts in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Responsible to ensure staff scheduling is in accordance with the designated staffing ratios for the assigned site
