Leadership role which works with client data lead to-
- Get the implementation partner to design and implement governance model
- Develop governance policies for critical finance data elements (G/L, cost center, profit center etc.)
- Define governance process, lifecycle & reports for critical finance data elements
- Engage with the process leads to ensure that the To-Be process business processes related to the creation/ acquisition, maintenance, deletion/ archiving of data are robustly specified to prevent data quality issues
