We are looking for a experienced On-Site Break/Fix Technicians to provide hands-on technical support for both hardware and software issues. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and enterprise applications. Experience with MECM, ServiceNow, and MAC support is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications.
- Support enterprise applications and efficiently resolve end-user issues.
- Use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment and system updates.
- Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Provide basic MAC support and troubleshooting when required.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in break/fix or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Familiarity with MECM for software deployment and system management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MAC OS and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Previous experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
