Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and Office 365 applications
- Support enterprise applications and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner
- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment and system updates
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Perform basic MAC support and troubleshooting as required
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and resolution of all technical issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a break/fix technician or IT support role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Experience using MECM (formerly SCCM) for system and software management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of macOS troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation
- Prior experience working in a large enterprise IT environment
