Position Description & Requirements:
Operations Support Role
- Individual will be member of small team supporting a 24x7 Operations Center
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Understanding of ITIL standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of IBM Mainframe Operations and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Window Server and Network Monitoring tools, (i.e. Whats up Gold)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs of paper box and load high speed Xerox printer to print Engine Build books
- Ability to learn quickly and handle Custom Applications tools monitoring
- Run a manager incident management call, tracking the issue and engagement of support teams
- IBM Batch monitoring, including CA 7/11 and CA Workload, a plus
- Trusted resource for security password resets
- Ability to review, understand and update work process procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekdays
- Weekends as needed
