Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of NCR/Aloha products and services within your designated territory. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution: Work on daily strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of NCR/Aloha products and services to effectively demonstrate and recommend them to clients.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Travel: Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and prospects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of industry operations and technology solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
