1. Education and Experience:

- Certification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar certifications are a plus, but training will be provided.
2. Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining clients' dignity and independence.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow care plans, and document services accurately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
3. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care tasks.
