We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome to create a positive first impression.
- Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs.
- Handle reservations and walk-in guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Support the team during peak hours by helping with guest services as needed.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- A passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
