This Temporary Production Scheduler position is onsite in Lake City, MN.
Schedule Details:
- Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Willing to consider some flexibility with scheduled hours
- Temporary Full-time, April through August
- Must be able to work on-site full-time
- Not benefit eligible
A successful candidate will perform the following job duties:
- Analyzes and publish daily production schedules
- Utilize reports and systems to analyze orders, cancellations and expedites
- Ability to identify, assess and communicate potential capacity gaps and/or material issues
Skil Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting and anticipating production needs
- Work with cross functional teams and leaders
- Use of creative problem solving skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient & accurate data entry skills
Education and Experiences:
- Related experience will be considered
- Will consider combination of business education and data entry experience
- Preferred scheduling/planning experience with MRP software in a manufacturing environment
Environment:
- Primarily in an office environment and comfortable navigating in a Manufacturing facility
- Periodic work outside core business hours may be required during key business cycles
