- Actively sell OGC products/programs to assigned accounts.
- Assist with lead generation for new accounts with field sales reps
- Pre-qualify and assess leads for outside field sales reps
- Make first contact with new prospects
- Salesforce data entry and assigning to field sales reps.
- Assist with preparing customer presentations and competitive analysis.
- Manage credit application approval process
- Complete outbound calls to trade partners per the call frequency based on trade partner rating.
- Support small and large accounts with day to day business needs
- Grow small accounts into medium and large accounts
- Travel to complete in-person OSV's (On-Site Visits) and conduct VSVs (Virtual Site Visits)
- Present new product information and programs to assigned accounts in person or via remote delivery methods such as phone, e-mail, and webinars.
- Train accounts on product, price and programs, and work in a consultative approach to increase OGC's sales volume.
- Manage marketing support programs for assigned accounts as needed (i.e. Co-Op, Showroom Displays, Trade Partner Premier Program, etc.).
- Implement OGC Sales Process (Prospecting, Engagement, On-Boarding, Account Management)
- 2-4 years of professional selling experience
- Work in office majority of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce experience is a must
- Must work effectively with cross functional groups and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- Team mentality
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency.
- $55K base pay commission incentives for territory and channel sales
