Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our team! The Wellness Nurse is responsible for assisting the Health and Wellness Manager in planning organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the HWM in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living facility.
- Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
- Participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on "how to do the job," and ensure a well-educated resident services department.
- Participates in the performance evaluation of nursing staff as directed by HWM
- Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Licensed currently as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing. Maintenance of licensure requirements required.
- Assisted Living experience preferred.
