About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or risk management within a public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
  • Experience with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on quality and risk management initiatives for stakeholders.
