We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Creative Content Specialist to join our team as we build our e-commerce channel. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence by creating high-quality social content that increases engagement and drives business thru the lens of our Brand and our Customers. This is an excellent opportunity for growth, working directly with C-level leadership to implement social selling on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Major Areas of Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
· Identify and leverage trends, insights, and best practices to optimize our social media presence.
· Create and execute social selling strategies on Facebook and Instagram.
Content Creation:
· Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms with an emphasis on video.
· Write compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Community Management:
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels.
· Foster a positive and active community by engaging with followers and influencers.
· Manage social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with the ecom, marketing and customer service leads to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
· Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify our reach and impact.
Skills & Other Requirements:
· Proven experience in social media management and content creation for Facebook and Instagram
· Portfolio of social media content including video
· Strong understanding of social selling techniques and best practices
· Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Adobe Creative Cloud, SearchSpring, Miva, Clarity, and GA4 skills a plus
· Good time-management skills, ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
· Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Creative/Critical-thinker and problem-solver
· Retail/eCommerce experience preferred
Desired qualifications/Education:
· 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of experience managing social media including creating content.
