Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate initial project scope, design plans, and specifications in collaboration with our Preconstruction Manager.
- Analyze blueprints, engineering reports, and project specifications to determine labor, materials, and time requirements for livestock housing and handling facilities.
- Prepare and issue vendor and subcontractor requests for quotes, ensuring livestock-specific needs are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in estimating large-scale agricultural and livestock construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
