Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver pre-ordered products to customers on assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Merchandise displays and rotate products according to company standards, maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Utilize computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing effective communication, issue resolution, and follow-up as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of work experience required.
- Local delivery experience is a plus.
- Must be 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
- Prior experience using pallet jacks is preferred; ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire is required.
