What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman/Site Supervisor position at Heartland Concrete & Construction INC.?
About us
In 1993, Heartland Concrete & Construction was founded in Hastings, NE. The company was built on a foundation of strong ideals that remain a focus today. Our goals were, and continue to be, founded on providing exceptional service and quality, developing meaningful relationships based on trust, and holding ourselves to a higher standard. No matter the job, we promise to go the extra mile for our customers. As time has brought advances in technology, we now also pride ourselves in the use of the most-up-to-date construction practices. Instead of wheelbarrows and 2×4 strikes, jobs are now completed using pump trucks, laser screeds, and 3D design work and implementation. These advances have provided a groundwork for expansion and efficiency. Ultimately this has created a lower bottom line for our customers and allowed us to serve areas across the Midwest.
