NISS Program Management Office
Job Description: The NISS Program Management Office is seeking a Sr. Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) for its projects and initiatives. The role involves ensuring all IMS show interdependencies and impacts for overall program success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a singular IMS for all projects and NISS-level activities.
- Maintain and update the NISS IMS continuously and as required by events.
- Provide advanced notice of NISS key activities and milestones.
- Provide weekly updates of the NISS IMS to respective NISS representatives by noon on Thursdays.
- Deliver executive-level briefs of the NISS IMS as required.
- Coordinate program status review meetings with stakeholders, including agenda preparation, presentation development, minute taking, action item tracking, and issue identification.
- Develop both internal and external PM strategic messages.
- Create content for the Operational Execution Plan, Human Resources Functional Strategy, program registration, and other program management artifacts.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's or advanced degree in information technology, program management, business, or related field.
- 15 years of DoD IT systems experience.
- 15 years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Professional program management certification (PMI, DAWIA, FAC, etc.).
