We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Manager / Soldier Readiness Processing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Military Personnel Services. This role demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in military human resources, technical program management, and workflow optimization to ensure operational excellence in Soldier Readiness Processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management, coordination, and performance of all tasks related to Military Personnel Services.
- Lead and direct Soldier Readiness Processing operations, ensuring compliance with military standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and supervision to ensure the efficient execution of Soldier Readiness Processing processes.
- Ensure seamless coordination between military units, HR teams, and other stakeholders for optimal readiness outcomes.
- Monitor and enhance Soldier Readiness Processing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, contractors, and other external entities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of management and supervisory experience with technical programs/projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in the military Human Resources field, with a deep understanding of military HR workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Statistics, or Business Management.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
