In our Payment Services Representative role, you'll learn skills that will benefit you throughout your Heartland career while encouraging you to dream big.
What you will be doing:
- Process, monitor and maintain self-serve products and services.
- Process, monitor and maintain ACH origination services through multiple channels.
- Process and review ACH and check processing, returns, adjustments, and research.
- Process, monitor and maintain ancillary services, shared branch, payroll deduction, and wire transfers.
- Process, monitor and complete account maintenance.
- Loss prevention support
- Branch/Digital employee support
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
- 1-3 years experience working in financial industry (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
- A positive attitude and strong desire to help others
- Strong computer skills; Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to promote a professional image of the credit union at all times
