As a Front Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies
- Utilizing Dentrix for patient scheduling and records, as well as filing patient insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims
- Reviewing treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for multiple providers in the office
