SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This Internship is intended for the intern who is preparing for licensure as a mental health practitioner, and whose primary professional goals are in the area of clinical practice. Entry level professional student position. Educational requirements are specific. Decision making skills and problem solving skills are required.
Compensation : $17.00 per hour
Work Schedule : 16-20 hours per week
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Substantial completion of course work
- Strong understanding of at least two prevalent theories of therapeutic treatment and readiness to apply to practice
- Personal stability and maturity
- Prior human service experience
