Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues and bring forth solutions that build value for our customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling of services.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
What We're Looking For:
