Executive Director Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our hospice location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospice location
- C Coordinate patient admissions and ancillary services
- Supervise and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and state or federal law
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Promote positive communications and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or related field
- Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required
- Three to five years healthcare sales/management experience preferred
