Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the commercial asphalt and concrete paving market
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through project delivery, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution

Requirements

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in asphalt and concrete B2B sales or 2 years of similar experience within a similar industry

- A strong understanding of project scoping, estimating, and proposal creation
