About the Position

We are seeking a Global SMT Development Lead to join our team at Advantage Technical. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing product sales through strategic promotions and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing product sales through strategic initiatives
  • Closely collaborate with sales teams and clients to identify growth opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows and important sales meetings
  • Conduct market research to develop tailored sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline
  • Engage with customers through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide technical insights and support to the sales team
  • Attend trade shows and high-level sales meetings
  • Suggest new strategies and opportunities to senior management
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customers choose the best equipment
  • Travel to meet with sales representatives and clients
  • Manage the quotation process for customer proposals

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the SMT industry with business development responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of SMT products
  • Strong skills in delivering presentations, engaging with customers, conducting market research, and providing technical sales support
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Effective communication skills in global sales and engineering settings
