Overview
Support a Heartland client in the workplace (Taco Bell, on W Central Entrance in Duluth) as an EMPLOYMENT SERVICES JOB COACH — especially with customer and coworker relationships.
Pay: $21/hour
Hours / Schedule: 26 - 28 hours per week
Mon: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Tues: 10:30 am - 5 pm
Wed: 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
Fri: 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist with help plan job tasks, goals, and workplace skills at Taco Bell
- Guide clients in personal and professional growth
- Monitor progress and provide feedback
Preferred Traits & Skills:
- Reliable, patient, & encouraging
- Comfortable working one-on-one with people
- Willing to learn and grow in the role
- Positive attitude
- Able to maintain clear boundaries and documentation
- Experience in customer service, education, healthcare, trades, or caregiving is a plus (but not required)
Qualifications:
- Experience as a job coach or in disability support preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s a plus
