Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing training and support for users of our video messaging app, SalesMail, and helping enterprise-level clients maximize the value of our platform. You will collaborate with corporate leaders, offer strategic advice, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts, ensuring they are receiving exceptional service and achieving their business goals.
- User Training & Support: Lead group training sessions for clients on how to effectively use SalesMail. Provide one-on-one guidance to ensure users fully understand the platform’s features and functionality.
- Client Engagement & Success: Inspire and motivate users to adopt and utilize SalesMail, helping them realize the full potential of the product to enhance their business communications.
- Strategic Advice for Corporate Leaders: Work closely with business executives and corporate leaders to provide tailored recommendations for leveraging SalesMail to drive business outcomes.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide ongoing support for client inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless user experience and high client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring open communication and a proactive approach to solving any challenges.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, monitor account health, and follow up on client needs and concerns in a timely and organized manner.
- Time Management & Organization: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet client needs and business goals, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software and technology, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and customer interactions efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and guide clients at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in training and onboarding clients or users, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with SalesMail or similar video messaging platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing large-scale client relationships.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
